The Vehicle Registration Form is for all faculty and staff. Once this form is completed, faculty/staff will receive a parking decal. Parking on campus is free, but in order to bring a car to campus it must be properly registered. If you complete this form, your vehicle will be properly registered.
If you will not have a vehicle on campus, please do not complete the form.
